Which ounce do I need?
Two questions. Then we'll show you the number, the units, and what it means.
What are you doing?
Pick the closest. You can change it later.
What are you measuring?
Pick something close. We'll prefill a typical amount, and you can change it.

Why two questions
A bare "8 oz" can be a weight, a US fluid ounce or a UK fluid ounce, and gold has its own ounce. What you are doing and what you are measuring settle that in two taps. You can always skip ahead to the converter and type a number.
